Automotive Blog Carnival

Welcome to the first Automotive Blog Carnival to be hosted here at Black Rims.org. We’ve got a sampling of different posts from a wide range of blogs, so let’s get started:

1. If you’re in the market for automotive jacks, you’ll find that there are many options available for all price ranges. Automotive floor jacks are specifically designed to enable car owners and mechanics to lift cars in a way that is completely safe, and they’re usually much safer and sturdier than the types of standard automotive jacks that come with most cars.

2. Buying a car is a lot harder now that the banks don’t want to loan money. Like in home mortgages, many people were able to buy cars they couldn’t afford and now they can’t make the payments since the economy crashed. If you are in this boat then visit The Car Credit blog for tips on getting the loan you need.

3. Petrol go karts can be a lot of fun but if you are planning to purchase a kart for your child, try to bear in mind the safety aspects that go hand in hand with owning one. There are many different types of petrol go karts available such as the street go kart, the off road go kart and the high performance petrol go kart and you should endeavor to buy the correct one to match with your child’s skill level.

4. If you have a windshield nick, crack or chip, you should find out how you can prevent it from becoming a costly windshield replacement. At MobileWindshieldChipRepair.com we have a great guide to help, and if you live in the San Diego County area, give us a call and we will schedule you an appointment to fix it and make you legal again. You will be happy to know most insurance companies pay for the repair without having to pay a deductible, and we will meet you where you are, for that extra convenience.

5. If you’re considering buying a hybrid car, talk to your insurance agent about hybrid car insurance. In some cases, there may be a special rate or rebate that you weren’t aware of.
